Lunch Help Needed
It’s two weeks into the new lunch program and I need to reach out to you, our parents, and request some additional help. We actually need to add an additional body on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Please consider this very important volunteer job. We have received an overwhelming response to the program and underestimated the woman/manpower needed to feed everyone and leave the kids with enough time to sit down and enjoy their meal. Please immediately contact Paula Strand at lunch@hallpta.org or at 891-4003.
If you haven’t signed up for PTA yet, please be prepared to write that $25 check this Thursday at Back to School night. We depend on your dues to support the school. Click HERE to sign up online via Paypal now.
As I mentioned last week, we will be going on-line with the bulletin as of next week. Please contact Mrs. Lynch or myself immediately if we need to arrange an alternative way for you to get your bulletin. It’s THE most important way for you to stay up to date with the happenings at Hall. See you all at Back to School Night!

Serve, Learn, Make a Difference
Welcome to the Hall Middle School Community Service Program for 2008/2009. This is a great opportunity for you to have a discussion with your kids about the importance of giving back both within school -sponsored events as well as to the greater community outside our neighborhoods! The 5th graders who choose to perform 5 hours, 6th graders who perform 6 hours and the 7th graders who perform 7 hours are eligible for membership on the Community Service Honor Roll. 8th graders who perform 10 hours of service during the school year will receive special recognition on their diplomas. To receive service credits, students need to turn in a completed and signed community service slip to the Hall office after each event or service. For detailed information please visit the community service web page at the Hall Middle School site. Forms can be obtained online and from the volunteer coordinator of your event. Questions?
